And here's the real
reason you're here (if you happen to be here at all) - the fanfiction.
Yes, you twisted little people you (and I jest, because I'm not fond of reliving
being smacked by irate manga fans), here be ficcage. At the moment,
though, as I'm using the 'free' offer on Tripod (sob story has been omitted),
I'm not truly hosting - I'm linking! And offering my thoughts, of course,
on the fic and why I liked it so much. Most should be ReixKira, but the
occasional Masao fic will sneak in. Because. Guidelines for
submission (as I might host one or two fics) are:
- One) This website's premise is to feature ReixKira fanfiction, so
unless the fic (be it yours or recommended) is an excellent alternate-pairing or
on par with Nobel Peace Prize works, I won't accept it. My apologies, of
course; secondary pairings (ie, canon pairings pairings also allowed) are
TatsuyaxHarumi and HarumixRei (if it is set before he and Kira are in a
relationship). I know this seems unfair, but this *is* a ReixKira site.
- Two) Lemons will be allowed, so long as they happen to be tasteful -
this isn't the dumping ground for PWP (Porn Without Plot) fanfics. If Rei
and Kira are going to go a little further than open-mouth kissing, I'd hope
there's a point or at least some metaphor in it. At least make it good.

- Three)
Individual character studies are welcomed, so long as they happen to be
well-done (such as the Masao-fic above by Lines Of Chalk).
- Four) Fics with an obscene amount of spelling and grammatical errors
(or anything that used 'Internet-speak,' which is akin to: n l8r thay r g2g 2
the mall). Not only does it make my eyes bleed, but it isn't much fun,
either. There are several good fics out there that suffer from this, and
I'm rather strict in this category - please, please, *please* for the love of
God use spell-check. Get a beta-reader (ie, an editor on-line who reads
your story before it's posted). Heck, I'll volunteer to be a beta-reader,
if it'll keep this sort of thing from happening.
- Five-A) In the body of the e-mail if you are sending your own fic to
be hosted, I want to see the following, in any order, so long as it's
comprehensible: Title of Fic,
Author's Penname,
Rating (G
to NC-17 - this is *very*
important for me
to label it correctly), E-Mail
(for reference; you can request to not
have your e-mail linked to), and Summary.
If you leave one out,
I'll e-mail back about it.
- Five-B) In the body of the e-mail if you are recommending someone
else's fanfic, I don't need quite as much: Title of Fic,
Author's
Penname, and where else, if at all,
it is archived or linked.

I'm not going to
actually host fanfics for a while yet (other than Sphinx's Glass Promise) due to space constraints at the moment. However, I'll be
upgrading and possibly even moving to my own webdomain in a matter of months, so
whenever that does happen (possibly before, even), I will begin hosting stories.
As it is, if you'd like to suggest a fic elsewhere for linking, I'm more than
willing to do so.
Authors: Most, if
not all, of the authors linked here have other fanfics in various areas, if not
more Mars fics in general (Sushifishie, notably, has a few other Mars fics).
